We have been in network marketing for over 40 years now, and experienced good companies, bad companies, great support, and hit-and-run sponsors. We have always found the best way to build a successful home business was as part of a TEAM... with everyone working together to help all succeed.

We experienced these good companies and teams a couple times, but had them fail for a couple reasons... the first time we had a super company with a great line of products, priced right, and we were building a highly successful and profitable business. But the owner of the company should have used the products himself... he needed to "feed his brain". One day he just "went bonkers" and decided to change everything and get rid of the MLMers who were building his business, and ended up shutting his company down. That really saddened us, because we loved the products... but the owner just didn't know how to keep his new business going with all the success it was experiencing.

We eventually worked with another company that had been in business a long time and had stable ownership. This company even developed products similar to those in our former company and we were happy to be able to offer truly life-changing products to our customers. We were part of a very successful team with a lot of support, and again our business was doing very well.

To this day I don't know why the leaders of our team decided to move on to another company... maybe they were promised something special. Whatever the reason, they enticed most of the leaders to move on with them, and a lot of us were left with a group that got smaller each month. This company did encourage sales to customers, and I must say that I stayed with the company for over a year and made profits each month just from selling to the customers.

I learned the value of a large customer base with both these companies... the first company was built on satisfied customers and just needed a stable company owner to keep going. The second was also built a lot on satisfied customers, and even though the team I worked with moved on, I continued with a good business for a long time after my team left.

The company has been in business over 8 years, and is owned by the 3rd largest media company in North America. Very stable, well run, and very successful. Because of their association with the media, they run infomercials and ads all the time for their products... and they gain thousands of new customers from these promotions. These customers are then offered for sale to the marketers in this company, and we are able to build a very successful database of satisfied customers who purchase product and provide a steady source of income to each marketer.

This company has combined two great features to insure success for all marketers... good customers and great leadership.

Our group has added to this by putting together a system where we work together as a real TEAM, each person contributing to the group in their own way...
