How the Numbers Across the Bottom GROW!
---
There are many companies that I consider long term companies with products people buy monthly, and which will build a business slowly but surely. I feel these companies will be there in several years. They have products which people buy monthly, which puts cash into the company and the matrix on a regular basis, and with cash going in, there is money for commissions to come out.
Then there are what I call the quick cash flow programs. They have great products that we can use in our home business -- and they pay a good commission to those who work it. But they are programs where you pay ONE TIME, and your future commissions are totally dependent on you and your downline constantly bringing in more and more sales.
The numbers needed to keep things going in a one time pay program are pretty hard to keep up with -- but if you like the product, I don't think it hurts to get into some of these quick cash flow programs. I just never try to let someone think they will get rich with the program, and I pick programs that have a product we can use. Even if we never make money, at least we have a good product for our initial purchase.
Have you ever looked at the numbers it takes to build a matrix with a one time pay program -- to keep adding people at the bottom so those higher up can earn a commission -- then how many more it takes to put those on the bottom into a position to earn a commission? The numbers add up fast.
The downside to a one time payment program is that for each person who earns a payout position, XXXX number of new sales have to be made, and those new sales go in at the bottom and have a long wait to get THEIR payout -- unless they happen to be an experienced networker who knows how to make a few sales, and help those people make their sales. But around 90% of the new distributors do NOT know how to do that, and may end up at the bottom of the matrix forever, wondering why their little 2x2 matrix never filled with 6 sales so they could earn their commission and move on.
Let me show how the number of people at the bottom just keep growing and growing.
You join a program and need 2 sales, who need 2. It means for YOU to get your bonus or commission -- your payout for completing the 2x2 matrix -- FOUR new sales had to come in on the 2nd level of your matrix. That's do-able -- you are an experienced networker and you fill your matrix (as illustrated below) and move to the next phase.

You have two people on your first level (#1 and #2) -- you helped them fill THEIR first level because YOUR second level (#3, #4, #5 and #6) is THEIR first level.
Now Numbers 1 and 2 want to cycle, and each of them makes 4 sales to complete THEIR matrix and be able to follow you into the next phase.

Look at the numbers above -- 2 people had to each fill a 2nd level of their own matrix, or get a TOTAL of 8 sales, to follow you into the next phase. The number at the bottom of the program DOUBLED so that those two people could complete a matrix, and now we have 8 people on the bottom.
Numbers 3, 4, 5 and 6 were the original 4 sales on your 2nd level, and they now want to cycle. They have 2 each on their own first level because the person above them made 4 sales so THEY could cycle. Now #3, #4, #5 and #6 need to make 4 sales each to fill THEIR 2nd level. As shown below, SIXTEEN new sales were made to move 4 people into the next phase. The number of those across the bottom has AGAIN doubled.

No matter what you do -- as more people fill their matrix, the number of people on the bottom will just keep doubling.

In reality, for every person who completes their 2x2 matrix, FOUR NEW SALES had to come into the system to fill their 2nd level. So for every person who earns a commission in a 2x2 cycler -- there are 4 new sales that contributed to that person's payout, and are ON THE BOTTOM.
There is nothing wrong with this -- in fact, there would be no way in the world you could pay out the commissions and bonuses that a person earns without those additional sales to bring in the income which provides the money for payout.
But think of this -- as each person fills his matrix and moves on, FOUR MORE PEOPLE HAD TO BUY SOMETHING AND NOW ARE ON THE BOTTOM. And that number across the bottom just keeps growing.
When someone can solve the problem of how to keep those numbers on the bottom from growing exponentially in a one time pay program, those programs may do a lot better. We have put together a program which cuts down on those growing numbers. We'll be introducing this program in the next week or so -- if anyone is interested in looking at it sooner, let us know.
